Stanley Family News: Mike Craig Chevrolet Buick Earns the 2010 GM Mark of Excellence Award

MARLIN, TX - Mike Craig Chevrolet Buick in Marlin, Texas has been recognized for their performance in the 2010 GM Mark of Excellence program, placing the dealership among some of the highest performing dealers in the country. They met or exceeded their 2010 sales goal, Customer Satisfaction Index goal by remaining dedicated to their customer's ultimate satisfaction and providing excellent service throughout the dealership.

This award is an accomplishment reserved for only a select few outstanding Chevrolet dealerships and is a symbol of exceptional performance in sales and customer satisfaction excellence. The two biggest factors are a dealer’s sales performance and customer satisfaction in both sales and service. Sales volume is used to compare dealers of similar size that had an increase in sales from the previous year. Customer satisfaction is based on the responses customers give GM after they purchase a vehicle and after they visit the dealer’s service department.
